Benchmarking & Performance Disclosure

May I share performance information (latency, errors, evaluation results) with clients, advisers or reviewers, and how do I get consent?

• Not without our Tavily's consent. The Terms do not allow sharing performance information or analysis about Tavily with third parties. To request consent, email support@tavily.com describing what you'd like to share and with whom.

May I privately benchmark Tavily against other search providers for internal use?

• Yes. You may benchmark Tavily privately for internal purposes. Sharing the results outside your organization requires our written consent.

Does Section 3.2(x) cover metrics about my own application (accuracy, cost, sources used) rather than about Tavily?

• Metrics purely about your own application are not restricted. If the metrics reveal how Tavily performs, for example Tavily's accuracy or latency, sharing them requires Tavily's written consent.
