Why Can't I Reset My Password?

If you're having trouble resetting your password, here are a few things to check:

  1. Use the 'Forgot Password' Option
    You should be able to reset your password by clicking 'Forgot Password' on the login page while logged out. If you’re unable to log out, try opening the login page in an incognito or private browsing window.

  2. Check Your Spam Folder
    If you haven’t received the password reset email, check your spam or junk mail folder. Sometimes, automated emails can get filtered there.

  3. Check Your Login Method
    If you originally signed in using 'Continue with Google' or 'Continue with GitHub,' you won’t have a password to reset. In this case, simply log in using the same authentication method.

  4. Reset Password for Google or GitHub Accounts
    If you need to reset your Google or GitHub password, you’ll need to do so directly through their respective websites.
